Install the Noojee Package using the following url:

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/service_call/service_call_define

Then goto Call Centres and Click Import

SElect 'Choose File' 


Open the provided CTI file: noojeecti.xml

Click Import.


Manage Call Centre Users.

Add More Users

Search for the users you want to add.

Select the desired users.

Click 'Add to CAll Centre'.


Go to Softphone Layouts

Edit the 'STandard Softphoen Layout'

Select the 'Call Type' Inbound.

(do we need to check outbound?

Make any changes necessary for Inbound layouts.

Save when done.


Create a Softphone Layout Assigment



Go to App Manager

Note only 'lightening apps are supported'.

Click the Drop Arrow and 'Edit' to end the desired app.

Select 'Utility Items' from the left hand menu.

Clck 'Add Utility Item'

Select 'Open CTI Softphone'

Click Save.


Configure Users

Edit the User

Set the users extension no.
