Testing

If you have followed all of the above installation steps you should have a user ready to take calls.

Have the user log out of Salesforce and log back in.

Check that the Noojee CTI Phone Utility Item appears on the Utility Bar.

Click on the 'Phone' Utility Item and check that the Phone page opens.

Call their extension and and confirm that the Phone page automatically opens.

If the caller's phone number is listed in a Salesforce Contact the Phone page should display the contact's details.

Have the User answer their Noojee Phone.

Answer the call from the Handset and the selected Softphone layout should automatically open.
