You can also configure how the screen is popped the Screen Pop Settings.
To alter the screen Pops.
Navigate to the Salesforce Setup menu
Search for 'Softphone Layouts'.
Select Softphone Layouts
Click Continue on the 'Say Hello...' screen (if it appears)
Select the Softphone Layout you wish to change.
Simply edit the existing layout and mark it as the default layout.
