Bulk Downloads

Bulk Downloads allows you to download multiple days worth of recordings en masse.

The resulting download is a zip file containing a wav file for each individual recording.

Downloading

To download recordings select the desired date range using the Date picker and then click the 'Download recordings' button.

If you have a large no. of recordings for the selected date range the the download may take some time to download. The onscreen progress bar will give you an indication of progress as the file is downloaded.

Once the download has completed you can open the zip file and extract one or more of the wav files in order to play the file.

Naming Convention

Each individual recording has a unique name fo the form:

<unique-call-id>-<from-caller-id>-<to-caller-id>-<call-direction>-<leg>.wav

Where:

unique-call-id: is a unique no. that Noojee assigns to each call. You can use this to search for the call in the call recording screen or the CDR records.

from-caller-id: the caller id of the person that started the call.

to-caller-id: the caller id of the person that recieved the call.

call-direction: the direction of the call relative to the agent 'O' means outbound, 'I' means inbound.

leg: the leg of the recording.

Privacy

Recordings may contain sensitive information so you should ALWAYS store recordings safely. Storing them on a Laptop which could be lost or stolen is NOT a good idea.

We recommend that you copy the recordings to a USB drive and then delete the zip file from you PC or Laptop. You should then store the USB drive somewhere safe (that doesn't mean your desk draw ;) ).
