Searching the Recorded Calls

The list of recording can be filtered using the List Filter located to the right of the recording list. The list filter will allow you to search on the following fields.

  • Unique Call ID

  • Username

  • Supervisor

  • Fetch Unsigned calls (check box)

  • Extension

  • Reference No.

  • DID

  • CLID

  • Call Direction

  • Privacy Flag

  • Call Date

To search the directory, type in your search criteria into the appropriate field and click the find button located under the list filer. You can enter a search criteria in multiple fields.

You will note there is a Fetch Unsigned calls checkbox this locates calls that have not been assigned to a user.
