The telephone Extension No. that you entered is not a valid Extension No.

Please check the Extension No. that appears on your desk phone and enter it along with your username and password when you login.

If you are an Administrator it is OK to leave the Extension No. field blank PROVIDED that you don't intend making or taking ANY phone calls before you login again.
