Agent's Queues
Provides a List of all the Queues an agent is a member of.
Intended Use
The Agent Queues report is intended to give you a method to quickly review what queues each agent is a member of.
Filters
The filters allow you to control the set of data returned by the report:
Date Range
You can set a Date range that you want to view data for by selecting a Start and End date.
Agent
You can select one or more agents to report on.
