Queue Route Details Report
Queue Route DetailsÂ
This report provides details of each call that entered a queue with a subtotal for each individual Route that ended with the call entering the selected the Queue.
Generally a Route corresponds to a single DID (although wild carding means that it can relate to multiple DIDs).
Intended Use
The Queue Route Details report is useful if your organisation has many Routes that end in a call entering a single Queue. If you only have a single Route attached to each Queue then you are better of using the Queue Details Report.
This report displays a single line for EACH call that entered the Queue.
Filters
The report allows you to select a set of Queues or a set of Routes as well as a a date range.
Date Range
The period to report on.
Queue
You can select one or more Queues to report on.
Route
You can select one or more Routes to report on.Â
