Conditional Action

Conditionally run another Disposition Action Script depending on the 'No Answer Count'.

Usage example:

You may want to send an SMS message to a lead if you have tried to ring them three times with no answer.

The Condition Action can be configured to do this by setting up a separate SMS Action and then setting a Condition Action to call the SMS Action after three no answers.

The SMS Action doesn't need to have any dispositions associated with it.

No Answer Count

If the leads 'No Answer Count' is greater than this number the 'Action to Run' will be run.

Action to run

A Disposition action to run, particular care needs to be taken not to cause loops and that the target action relates to the set of fields associated with this lead.
