Lead Change Priority By Age

Reduces the priority of a lead by its age in days.

In some cases as a lead ages you want to reduce its priority.

The Disposition Action "Lead Change Priority By Age' will reduce a lead's priority each time its dialed by its age.

This can be useful for Client Approved Leads as they normally have a high priority of 2. Using this Disposition Action lets you reduce their priority after the originally scheduled callback date.

In this scenario you would set the Base Priority to '2' (the standard Client Approved Callback) and the Max Priority to 6. This will result in the priority degrading to 6 over the 4 days after it was scheduled to be dialed.

Fields

Base Priority

The priority value to use as the base value when adding the age.

e.g. the base is 2

The age is 4 days.

New priority  2 + 4 = 6.

Max Priority

The maximum value the priority can be decreased to.

This allows you to set the lowest priority that the lead will be aged to.

For example if you wanted Client Approved Callbacks to not be set to a priority of less than 6 then you would set the Max Priority to 6.
