Noojee Vision

Noojee Vision allows you to manage your queue Status and monitor basic queue activity.

Queue Status

Noojee Vision allows you to change your Queue status.

Login

At the start of each day you should start by logging in to Noojee Vision. You will however not recieve calls until you click the 'Start' button.

Logoff

At the end of each day you should click the logoff button.

Start

In order to Start taking calls you must click the Start button.

Pause

During the day you may need to take a break or you may be scheduled to take a break. Click the Pause button to take a break and stop calls being delivered to your phone.

When you click Pause you may be prompted to enter a break code. Select one before leaving for your break.

Resume

After taking a break you need to click the 'Resume' button in order for calls to start flowing to you.

Extended Wrap

When a Queue has Extended Wrap enabled, at the end of each call you will be placed into Wrap mode. To exit wrap 

mode you must click the 'End Wrap' button. Until you click the End Wrap button you will receive no further calls. If you remain in Extended Wrap for an excessive period of time your Supervisor will be alerted and you will recieve an audible alert.

 

When the audible alert sounds you have four valid actions:

  • Click the End Wrap button to make yourself available
  • Click the 'Pause on End Wrap' and then click End Wrap to pause yourself
  • Click the 'Snooze' button to Snooze the audible alert for 30 seconds (or as configured)
  • Click the 'Sleep'  button to turn of the audible alert until you click End Wrap.

Action

If you are in a Dynamic Team then you are able to stop yourself in individual queues by clicking the red Stop icon in the Action column.

To Start taking calls from a queue you have stopped yourself in click the green Play icon.
