Inbound Queue Routes
Overview
In a system where calls into many Routes (DIDs) are all inserted into a single Queue it can be useful to observe how many calls are in the queue from a specific Route.
The Inbound Queue Routes displays a list of Queue/Routes that have at least one active call.
Details
The following columns are available in the Inbound Queue Routes tile.
Column | Description |
Queue | Name of the queue the calls is in. |
Route | The name of the Route the call arrived at before being placed in the Queue. |
Qty | The no. of calls current held in the Queue which arrived via the given Route. |
Max Wait Time | The Wait Time (age) of the oldest call in the Queue which arrived via the given Route and is still waiting to be answered. |
DID | The Direct In Dial (DID) that the call arrived on. |
Hide | Allows the selected Queue/Route to be hidden from this tile. |
