Restore Keys Upload
== WARNING ==
Any recordings made from NOW until these keys have been tested are are risk of being lost.
Have you backed up the complete system?
We STRONGLY recommend that you only continue with this process once all live calls have stopped passing through the system. (e.g. after hours) and you have made a complete backup of the system.
== WARNING ==
Now you need to upload your original keys as mentioned in step 2 of this wizard.
The keys are a contained in a zip file which by default is called 'keys.zip'.
The Administrator would have been instructed to save the keys to removeable media (e.g. USB drive) and store the keys in a secure location such as a Safe.
Please retrieve those keys from the Safe and insert the removeable media (e.g. USB drive).
When you have inserted the removable media click the 'Browse' button and browse to the 'keys.zip' file located on that media.
Then click the 'Upload' button to import the keys.
The keys will be import and then a big angry red warning will be displayed:
'If you continue, the existing encryption keys will be destroyed and replaced with the uploaded ones.
This can result in a loss of existing recordings.'
Essentially what this means is that if the keys.zip file you are about to upload is the wrong one then you will loose access to any existing recordings.
It should be noted that uploading the wrong keys will not actually damage the existing recordings it just won't restore access. So if you have multiple 'keys.zip' files you can try them each in turn.
When ready click the 'Destroy existing keys and replace with uploaded keys'.
Click the button and your keys will be restored.
