Review Changes

This panel provides two list:

  • Users that will be activated
  • Users that will be deactivated

Before proceeding you should review each list to ensure you have selected the correct accounts.

Activating Users

Users that are to be activated will be sent an email (when you click 'Next'). The email contains an 'activation' link back into Noojee Admin. The user must click the activiation link and log into the system to complete the activation.

Note: the user has only a 15 minute window in which to activate their access. If they miss the window you will need to go back through this activation process.

Deactivating Users

Users that are to be de-activated will be de-activiated immediately unless they are currently logged in. If they are currently logged in then their access to recordings will be retained until they logout.

Fixing Mistakes

If you find any problems in the list of users that are to be activated or deactivated simply click the 'Back' button and correct the problem.
