Migrating Recordings

Encryption has been enabled and we have started the process of encrypting any existing recordings. If you have a lot of recordings this process can take days.

Enable Access

You now need to enable access to the encrypted recordings.

Restart the Encryption wizard and you will be offered an new option 'Manager Users'. Follow the wizard to enable access to your users.

Currently you are the only user with access to encrypted recordings.

We strongly recommend that a minimum of two Adminstrators have access to encrypted recordings at all times.

Store you USB Drive safely

If you haven't already done it, now is the time to go and safely store your USB Drive. We recomend placing the USB Drive in an envelope along with a letter explaining what the USB Drive contains and how it should be used.
