Allows you to choose where to import the leads from.

Import Source Type

Allows you to select what type of external data source the leads are to be imported from.

NOTE: Have you washed your leads against the Do Not Call registry?

Before proceeding you need to ensure that you meet all of the legislative requirements associated with running a Telemarketing campaign. If you are uncertain of what these are, do NOT proceed and seek legal advice first. The fines for ignoring this warning are significant!

CSV (spreadsheet)

Select 'CSV' if you want to import leads from a CSV file.

The CSV file MUST have a heading row. The label for each column in the heading row will be used to match the Campaign Template field.

CSV files can be created from an Excel Spreadsheet. Refer to our Tools section for notes on how to prepare a CSV file ready for import.

External

This is a specialised function that allows leads to be imported from an external source such as a Database or your CRM. For this option to be available you need to have worked with Noojee's team to set up the external source integration.

Import Source

If you choose 'External' as the 'Import Source Type' then the 'Import Source' drop list will appear.

Choose the Improt Source that you want to import data from.

External Campaign

If you choose 'External' as the 'Import Source Type' then the 'External Campaign' drop list will appear.

Choose the External Campaign that you want to import data from.
