Dashboard Overview

The Noojee Contact Dashboard allows you to visualise various aspect of the Noojee system using tables, charts, dials and even live spreadsheets.

If you are a long time user of Noojee Contact then the Dashboard replaces the original Live Data tiles.

Open the dashboard

To open the Dashboard click the 'Dashboard' menu item on the top level Noojee Contact menu.

If you have already configured a Dashboard then you 'Favourite' dashboard will automatically display.

Creating a new Dashboard

To add a new dashboard click the '+' icon next to the name of the default dashboard.



You can now add Tiles to your dashboard by clicking on of the Plus buttons next to the desired Tile.

You should note that there are four tabs each of which has a different set of Tiles:

  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Agent
  • Custom


Configuring a Tile

Each tile has its own configuration window. Once you have added a tile, click on the 'Cog' icon to open the Tile's settings.
