05. Dashboard

Each time you log into the Noojee Billing portal you will be presented with the Dashboard.

The dashboard is intended to give you a snapshot of your activity including;

Account Balance displays amounts for which you have been invoiced but Noojee has not yet received payment.
Month to Date shows your expenditure for the current month. This amount has NOT yet been invoiced.
Next billing period shows the date on which you will next be invoiced.

The dashboard also displays a number of graphs:

This graph displays the total number of calls made each day for the last three months.

This graph shows you the total number of calls made in a calendar month for the last 6 months.

The recent calls table displays the most recent calls made by your organisation.

Please note that depending on a few factors the most recent calls will be between 1 and 24 hours behind.

You can filter the set of recent calls by clicking the 'Filters' button. For details on setting a filter see the Filter page.

You can also download the full set of calls by clicking the 'Save as: CSV' link at the bottom of the page.

If you are looking to download the call records for a specific month then it is easier to do this from the Invoice page.
