Agent's Roster
The Agent's Roster report allows an administrator, team leader or an agent to print their Roster.
The report shows the Agents Start and End times for each day in the selected period.
Intended Use
Provide an agent with an printed or electronic copy of their roster.
Note: rostered are automatically emailed to an Agent each time their roster is changed and Published.
