Rostering Agents
To start Rostering Agents you need to first describe each agent's Availability and Preferences.
Navigate to: Account | Roster Agent Management
Availability is the days and hours during which an Agent is prepared to make themselves availble to work. Creating an 'Availaiblity' for an Agent is crictical as if there is no Availablity, then the Agent won't be available to roster.
Preferences are the days and hours during which an Agent would prefer to work. The preferences hours will always be a smaller period of time than the Availability unless they are identical.
Always start by creating the Agent's Availability. Once the Availabity is setup you can use the 'Copy to Preferences' button on the Availaibity 'Description' tab to copy the Availabity to agent's Preferences.
