Write Audit Record

Write Audit Record allows you to write a record of an action to the Audit trail built into Noojee Contact.

The Audit trail is accessible from Report | Administration | Audit Search.

Fields

Message

The message field allows you to type any text that you want written to the Audit record.

You can also include the values of any route variables using the following notation:

${route variable name}

Example Message

The caller with caller ID ${nj.sourceNo} selected a credit card type of ${optionCreditCard}

Account

The account to log the Audit record against.

Normally the account records who took the action that caused the audit record to be written. 

Within a Route the account has less meaning unless the call was originated by a particular user. In most cases is appropriate to just select the 'Administrator' Account.
