Start Recording
Starts the call recorder on the current call.
If a call is currently being recorded then a new leg will be created.
Fields
Owner
Sets the user that 'owns' the recording and therefore has permissions to listen to the recording. Administrative users will always be able to listen to any recording.
Condition
If Rule Allows - checks the Account settings of the user who takes the call to determine if recording is allowed on their handset.
Always - will record regardless of the user's Account settings.
Tag
Allow you to attach a 'Tag' to the recording. You can use the Tag to search for the recording on the Recorded Calls page.
You can either select 'Literal' to directly specify the tag or select Variable to take the Tag from an Route Variable that you created in a prior step.
