Voice Mail Management
Allows a staff member to manage their voicemail box.
Use Caller ID
If checked then the parties 'Caller ID' is used as the Voicemail Box no.
If a caller is dialing from the normal deskphone then the Caller ID will be their
extension number which should match their Voicemail Box
if NOT checked you must select a voicemail box from the droplist.
Any calls routed to this Action will be asked for the pin of the voicemail box.

The voicemail box to be managed. Only used if 'User Caller ID' is not selected.
