Campaign Agent All Calls
Shows every call that an agent(s) has made against the selected Allocation including the Disposition of the call, no. dialed, lead id and call time and duration.
Intended Use
This is generally used as a diagnostic tool if you are looking to see what calls an agent made over an extended period of time.
This report is often exported as a CSV file to undertake further analysis in the likes of Excel.
Filters
Date Range
The period to run the report against.
Agent
The Agent(s) to report on.
Team
Within the Agent filter there is an option to run the report against a Team of agents. Selecting a Team automatically selects all agents that 'currently' belong to the team.
Campaign Template
The Campaign Template(s) to run the report against.
Campaign
The Campaign to run the report against.
Disposition
The set of Dispositions to run the report against.
