Outbound Agent Statistics for Agent
Allows an agent to report on their own statistics for a selected Allocation.
The report shows the agent counts of each dispositions they have made during the selected period and for a selected Allocation or set of Allocation.
Intended Usage
Allows an agent to see some high level statistics regarding their call outcomes.
