04. Call Logging
Noojee Campaigner is able to log each call made back into your CRM so that you have a complete contact history for each account in your CRM. Call logging can also be configured to log outbound calls although it is usually more affective to do this directly from the CRM if the CRM supports 'Click to Dial'.

Generally requires the development of a custom logging module. In some instances Noojee will already have developed a standard logging module for your CRM.
To turn Call Logging on there is a system setting with needs to be set to 1, see the "System Settings" panel.
