Using Zaps to Connect to Noojee
Work in progress
Creating a new Zap
Once the invite for the private Zap has been accepted, commencement to integrate a CRM using the Noojee Zap can begin
In the Zapier dashboard, navigate to Zaps:
Click Create
and then New Zap
Trigger
Click Trigger
to define the Trigger. For this example, we will trigger on Noojee and pull lead data from the dialer and into a CRM. Alternatively, a Zap could be triggered on the CRM side to inject leads into Noojee.
For this example, the trigger will be on Noojee so leads can be pulled and inserted/updated in a CRM.
Search for the Noojee Zap.
Configure the elements for the Noojee trigger on. In this case, the trigger for Noojee only has one event, Completed Calls
.
Click Login
or Change
, depending if a Zap has previously been logged in.
This will pop up a new browser window where your API Key and the web address for your Noojee instance can be populated. The web address is the standard URL for accessing Noojee, ie. https://<hostname>.clouddialer.com.au/
Click Continue
at the bottom to move to Trigger page to configure:
Here, select the Campaign Template
, Campaign
, and Allocation
to trigger on. You also need to define which dispositions to filter. Multiple dispositions can be defined as necessary.
Here’s an example:
Once parameters are defined, click Continue
to move to the Test page.
Click Test trigger
to verify the Zap can talk to your Noojee instance. It will pull a couple leads and show the data for it for confirmation. There may be instances where no call data is found, for example, if it’s a freshly built system. This doesn’t mean the Zap failed (See below).
If you could select from a defined Campaign Template, Campaigns and Allocations in the previous Trigger
page, it’s already a good sign Zapier can talk to the Noojee API.
Action
After completing the setup of the Trigger for the Zap, you will now need to set up the Action component of the Zap that would related to your CRM. This involves, defining the event execute on the CRM side, eg. Insert a new lead, or update. The action component of the Zap will be specific for your CRM
