CDR Per Extension

Provides Call Details Records (CDR) summarised by Extension with the ability to drill down to the raw CDR for that Extension.

Intended Use

Provides a quick means of seeing the no. of calls and duration of calls taken or made from or to an Extension.

The report also provide the ability to drill down into the CDR for a given Extension.

The extension column will contain  the Extension No. in blue. Click on the blue text to drill down to the individual CDR of that line.

Filters

Dates Range

Allows you to limit the range of dates the summary is to be compiled for. If you want to see just a single day of data then the start and end dates must be set to the same date.

With Hourly Drill Down

If set to 'True' then each Extension will have multiple summary lines one for each hour of the day.
