CDR Per Agent Report
CDR Per Agent
Provides Call Details Records (CDR) summarised by Agent with the ability to drill down to the raw CDR for that Agent.
For this report  to work your staff must be logging into Noojee Admin or Noojee Vision whenever they change Extensions otherwise use the per CDR Per Extension Report.
Intended Use
Provides a quick means of seeing the no. of calls and duration of calls taken or made from or to an Agent.
The report also provide the ability to drill down into the CDR for a given Agent.
The extension column will contains  the Agent's name in blue. Click on the blue text to drill down to the individual CDR of that line.
Filters
Dates Range
Allows you to limit the range of dates the summary is to be compiled for. If you want to see just a single day of data then the start and end dates must be set to the same date.
With Hourly Drill Down
If set to 'True' then each agent will have multiple summary lines one for each hour of the day.
