Route List By Queue
Provides a list routes that are delivered to a specific queue.
Intended Use
This report provides a quick method to review what routes deliver calls to what queues.
It should be noted that a single call may well pass through multiple routes before it arrives at a queue.
In some cases a single route may actually place a call into multiple queues (call is placed in Sales queue, after 30 seconds the calls leaves the Sales queue and goes to an over-flow queue).
Note: we don't recommend that calls pass through multiple queues instead you should be using Queue Thresholds.
