Await Handset Registration

The security changes have now been applied and we are waiting for your Handset (phone) to register.

Softphone

If you are using a Softphone such as:

• X-lite
• Bria
• Zoiper

Then please start or if its already running, restart your softphone to force it to register (connect to our system).

Deskphone

Most deskphones will automatically re-register. If your phone doesn't re-register within about 60 seconds then disconnect the phone's power, wait 10 seconds and then reconnect its power. It should re-register as soon as it completes its start up process.
