This page displays a list of Agents who are currently attempting to login from an unapproved location (Office).

To unsure the  security of your system Noojee maintains a list of 'Approved' Offices that Agents can log in from.

More accurately, these 'Offices' are actually 'IP' addresses. 

Noojee is able to use an IP address to uniquely identify an 'Approved' Office. 

You can think of IP addresses as being similar to a telephone numbers. In the same way that every house and business has one or more telephone numbers, they also have one or more IP addresses. When an agent attempts to connect to Noojee, we can see the IP address that they are connecting from, in the same way you can see a caller's phone no. on your mobile phone.

Whilst most business will have a fixed IP address (i.e. like your home phone no. it never changes), some home users have 'dynamic' IP addresses, which simply means that it can change on a daily basis.

If an Agent moves location or they have a dynamic IP address which has just changed then Noojee will not let them log in.

Instead we place them in a waiting pattern, send you an email notification (which is probably how you got to this screen) and ask you to approve the new location.

If you are not expecting the Agent to have moved locations then please call them on their mobile before approving the location change.
