Call Logs

At the end of each answered call the Noojee CTI app creates a log of the call by creating a salesforce Task.

 

The following details are logged:

  • Task Type: Call

  • Task Sub Type: Call

  • Subject: <Contact Firstname>, <Contact Surname>, <Call Duration>

  • Contact name

  • Description: <Caller id> <Agent> <Caller name> <Call Start Time>, <Call End Time>

  • UniqueCallId - unique identifier for the call within the Noojee system.

  • Call Direction (inbound or outbound)

  • Status: Complete
