Call Logs
At the end of each answered call the Noojee CTI app creates a log of the call by creating a salesforce Task.
The following details are logged:
Task Type: Call
Task Sub Type: Call
Subject: <Contact Firstname>, <Contact Surname>, <Call Duration>
Contact name
Description: <Caller id> <Agent> <Caller name> <Call Start Time>, <Call End Time>
UniqueCallId - unique identifier for the call within the Noojee system.
Call Direction (inbound or outbound)
Status: Complete
