A report is generated and emailed nightly with a secure link to the portal which allows the processed leads to be downloaded. The report contains the following information:

  • Number of leads processed.
  • Number of valid numbers processed.
  • Number of leads remaining to be processed.
  • Cleansing Units Used.
  • Cleansing Units remaining.

Depending on the size of your batch and the number of other batches currently being processed the time taken to process your batch may vary.

Once we commence cleansing your numbers, you will be emailed a link each night (approximately 9:30pm), so that you can download  the list of numbers  cleansed during the day.

Once the batch is complete you will be emailed a final notice which contains a link to the completed batch.

Small batches (< 10,000) are generally completed, excluding What are 'retries', on the same day and you will receive a notification as soon as it is completed.

What are 'retries' can take up to 3 additional days to process.
