03. Prepare list for submission

Lists submitted to Noojee for Cleansing must meet the following criteria:

• Files MUST be submitted as a CSV file.
• See details here on converting an Excel file to a CSV file 18.02 MS-Excel
• The CSV file MUST  contain one row per lead which is to be cleansed
• The file MUST contain a heading row.
• The file MUST contain, at a minimum, one column with a heading label of 'phone'.
• The phone column must contain 10 digit phone numbers e.g. 0383208100
• The CSV file may contain additional columns of lead data which will returned to simplify processing.
• Any additional columns MUST also contain a unique heading label or they will be ignore.
• The addtional columns of lead data will be returned when you download the completed batch.
• The file should contain no blank rows.
• The file should NOT contain 19XX numbers
• Any none 10 digit numbers will be rejected.

Data Cleanup

Sometimes your phone number may contain non-numeric characters e.g. (03) 8320 8100. In this example the braces and spaces need to be removed before you can import the data. See the Data Cleanup page for a simple technique to clean up your phone numbers.
