1. About this workbook
The Noojee Campaigner training program will train you to prepare and run your own marketing campaigns using Noojee Campaigner.
This training can be run either face to face or via webinar. If run by webinar the training officer will provide contact details before the day to access the training program.
Purpose of this workbook
This workbook is an essential part of the course. It is designed to guide you through the course and then remind you of what you learned whenever you are required to prepare and run a marketing campaign using Noojee Campaigner.
Audience Assumptions
The course assumes you:

know how to access Noojee Administrator and have a login level of Campaign Manager,
-
a firm understanding of using MS-Excel or Open Office Calc to manipulate data including sorting and formatting fields, and
-
have a basic understanding of research, sales or marketing campaigns and you have been asked to prepare and run marketing campaigns as part of your job.

If you are an experienced Campaigner developer the course will give you the instructions to use Noojee Campaigner to prepare, build and run marketing campaigns using Noojee Campaigner.

If you don’t have much experience the course will show you how to start and give you a step by step process to build and run a marketing campaigner using Noojee Campaigner.
The complete course consists of 6 parts:

Introduction – this part gives an overview of Noojee Campaigner and terminology used.

Building and Importing Leads and Selecting a Campaign – this part details the process of building your list of leads and importing them into Noojee Campaigner and selecting your campaign.

Campaign Template Creation – this part details the process of writing your campaign script, the allocation of disposition codes and stop codes.

Lead Allocation and Actions – this part details the process for allocating leads to the sales team, calling leads and recording details about the leads.

Account creation and maintenance – this part details the process for creating and maintenance of staff accounts.

Exporting, Maintenance and Reports – this part details the process for exporting leads, general maintenance, and details the reports available in Noojee Campaigner.
