The ClipboardTool adds a 'Copy' button to the Answer Bar. The copy button allows paste data supplied by the crm plugin to be copied onto the clipboard so that it can then be pasted into an external application. 

This tool is useful if you have a non-web based application that cannot be screen popped but which provides the ability to search. Using this tool provides a rapid, error free, method for an Agent to transfer the Caller details to the external application.

Note: the ClipboardTool requires the use of 'Adobe Flash'. i.e. Flash must be installed into the Agents browser.
