To connect to Noojee Campaigner each handset connection must come from a fixed External IP address. This is normally the External IP address of your organisation's firewall. If staff are working from home then it will be the External IP address of their home router.

Network Bandwidth:

Noojee Campaigner requires around 100kb/s per agent for the system to work reliably and provide a good end-user experience. We suggest using speedtest, which is available at:

Service name

Noojee will create a hosted service with a name similar to <company name>@clouddialer.com.au

If you have a particular service name you would like, please indicate below:

Note: A lengthy name can cause issues with staff logging in. A shorter name (ie: zcc.clouddialer.com.au) will be easier to key than a longer one.

Lead Cleansing

Noojee offers a lead cleansing service (do NOT confuse this with the DNC) that is able to remove any disconnected numbers before you commence a campaign. Pre-cleaning your leads can significantly reduce the time between each connected call.
