6.1.1 Adding an Account

Step 1. Access the account screen.
Step 2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
Step 3. Enter the appropriate fields

  • View adding groups
  • View adding handsets

Step 4. Save the account.
Most of the account fields are self explanatory, name, address, password, etc, with the fields that have a red star next to them requiring details.
All users need to be added to a Group as Groups manage what users can view and access within Noojee Administrator. A user can be added to multiple groups. For Noojee Campaigner there are 2 main groups that would be used:

  • Agents – have access to the dialer.
  • Campaign Manager – can create campaigns and access the dialler.
