CALLERID POOL

The Caller ID Pool allows you to use a 'pool' that is a list of Caller ID's when dialing.

Each time you call a lead a different Caller ID from the pool will be used.

Note: you must own the list of phone no.s that you display and if your dialing fits under the DNC legislation then the customer MUST be able to call back on any of the used no.s.

An individual pool is created for each Campaign Template. To use the Caller ID pool first enter each of the no.s that you want to use. There is no limit to the no. of phone no's that you can enter.

Once you have configured the pool open the 'Dialer' tab for the Campaign Template and select 'POOL' from the Caller ID Mode droplist.

If you want callbacks to also use the Caller ID Pool then also select 'POOL' from the Callback Caller ID Mode droplist.
