CAMPAIGN DNC DISABLE DISCLAIMER

1. Hosted Call Centre System

1.1 As part of the NTS hosted call centre system (‘HCCS’), the following services are offered:

(a) Do Not Call Register dial list washing (‘DNC Washing’);

(b) Data encryption (‘Encryption’);

1.2 The DNC Washing operates as follows:

(a) The Customer is permitted to upload a list of leads and phone numbers (‘List’) into HCCS;

(b) The List is washed and the phone numbers on the list may be dialed for a period of 30 days, after which time they are disabled.

 

By disabling DNC Washing you acknowledge that HCCS will no longer wash your leads for the selected Campaign Template and all associated Campaigns and Allocations.
