5.5 Entering details in the Call Script
Whilst in ‘On Call’ Phase an Agent may need to enter data into the call script about the client. When the campaign was created any fields marked as ‘Input’ fields are fields in the call script that the agent can enter client details.
To enter information in the ‘Input’ fields click on the field and start typing. To access the field click on the tab key and this will take you to the next input field.
Exercise 6. Activate the Dialer and go though each of the phases
Step 1. Go to the Dialer via the Campaign Menu and activate the dialer
Step 2. Enter any extension number, as will not be calling for real.
Step 3. Choose the allocation.
Step 4. Go through the Dialer phases.
