5.3 Dialer

Once an allocation is made active an Agent can call the leads from the dialler. Note: Agents will require an account to login into Noojee Campaigner to access the dialer. They will not have access to the Noojee Campaigner control panel.

Any number of agents may be active on the system at once and they can each be working on a different Allocation or one or more of the Agents may be working on the same Allocation.

The dialer is accessed via the menu ‘Campaign’ | ‘Dialer’ and will present the Agent with a list of active allocations. On the Agent selecting an allocation the dialler will appear ready for the Agent to start the dialer. Note: each time an Agent logins to Noojee Campaigner the system will ask for the agent to enter their extension number before displaying the Allocation list.

The dialer is located at the bottom of the screen ready for the agent to start the dialler.
