Noojee Vision Controls

Noojee Vision has 5 buttons: Logoff, Stop, Pause, Resume and Start.

Start - Start all queues, queue calls will begin ringing on your phone.

Stop - Stop all queues, you will not be able to take queue calls.

Pause - Pause all queues that are currently started, you will not be able to take queue calls.

Logoff - Stops all queues, and logoff Noojee Vision. The Noojee Vision window will close.

Resume - Start queues that were paused as a result of wrap or pressing the Pause button.

 

If when pausing, stopping and at the end of a call depending on system settings a reason prompt may appear and the opportunity to extend wraptime may be provided.

 

Pause and Stop Reasons

Providing a Pause Reason when pausing queue(s).

 

Extended Wrap

At the end of a call provide a Wrap Reason by selecting one from the list, select the "Extend Wrap" check box to extend wrap time and click OK. Extended wrap time is openended, the user must click Resume or Start to end the wrap period. If Extend wrap is not selected queues resume as soon as OK is clicked.
