Noojee Inbound retains all of the Queue features found in the base Noojee PBX package as well as adding the following features:

  • Skills Based Routing
  • Queue Overflow
  • Pause and Stop Codes

The section should be read in conjuction with 04.3. Queue which covers off basic Queue setup as well as information on Static and Dynamic queues.
