Using Noojee Vision
Agents log in to Noojee Administrator using their username and password as set up by the administrator They will also need to enter the extension number of their desk phone they are at or they may enter an external number and select “External” from the Handset Type drop list making it possible for agents to take calls from any phone anywhere. Noojee Vision will remember the details of the last login and use the same login details next time. Depending on your setup Noojee Vision can either be started from a Desktop Icon or from the “Home” page of Noojee Administrator which is displayed after logging into Noojee Administrator. In either case Simply click the “Noojee Vision” Icon to start the login process.
Once you have started Noojee Vision you will be presented with the Noojee Vision login page:
From the login page enter:
Username - your allocated username
Password - the password for your username
Extension - the extension no. of the phone on your desk.
Handset Type - the brand of handset you are using unless you are using a Softphone or an External phone.
