Adding Skills to an Account
To have an agent in a skill based route you need to add the skill to the agents account. All accounts marked with the Group setting 'Agent' will have the Skills field appear.
Go to 03.1. Account for creating an account.
Locate the account for the appropriate agent and open the account by clicking on the edit button next to the account name.
Add the account to the Group 'Agent', once you do this the Skills field will appears.
Click on the 'Add' button next to the field to view a list of available Skills from which to select a Skill and then click on the 'Select' button to allocate a Skill to the account. The Skill name will appear in the Skills field of the New/Edit Accounts page.
Remove a skill
To remove a Skill from an Account click on the 'Remove' button located next to the Skills field.
