7.2 Noojee Campaigner Reports

Noojee Campaigner provides seven different reports for Campaign Managers to obtain information about any campaign.

They are:

  • All Campaign Calls – list of calls made via Noojee Campaigner.

  • Campaign Agent Statistics – displays a break down of the Disposition selected for each Allocation.

  • Campaign Allocation Statistics – provides a break down of calls by Disposition.

  • Campaign Screen Layout Statics – Allows the comparison of the performance of different screen layouts.

  • Campaign Statics – provides summary information for each Allocation.

  • Campaign Summary – provides counts foe each disposition across one or more Allocations.

  • Disposition Comparison Report - displays a break down of the Dispositions selected for each Agent working on an Allocation.

  • Future Callback Report – displays a list of call backs due in the future.

  • Allocation Performance Report – displays a list of the current performance of all allocations.

  • Outbound Session - deprecated

  • Outbound Utilization - deprecated

All reports are obtained via the Report menu and can be displayed in .PDF format and exported as a .csv file.
