This can be very usefull if you need to do a more in depth analysis of call records than Noojee's Billing Portal will allow.
Anywhere that the Billing portal displays a list of records in a table there will be a small link just below the table on the right hand side called 'Save as: CSV'.
You can export the complete set of records in the table by clicking the 'CSV' link.
Depending on the number of records the export may take several minutes to download the file.
The download will include all records that match the current '08. Setting a filter'. In some case this may result in 100s of thousands of records being downloaded. You can see the number of records that will be downloaded by looking to the left of the 'Save as: CSV' link which display something like:
'Showing 1-10/456'
In this case it means that 456 records will be download. Alwasy check this value before you start a download.
Once the download has completed you can open the CSV file with Excel, Open Office Calc or any software that can read a csv file.
If you want to further restrict the number of records that will be downloaded you can 08. Setting a filter.
