Call on Hold

  • Active call on hold – Press the Hold button or Hold softkey button

  • Take call off hold – Press the Hold button or Resume softkey button

  • Two calls on Hold – To change which call you need to answer press the swap softkey.

  • To make an outgoing call whilst on another call place the original call on hold and press a line (account) button to make another call.

  • Multiple call on hold – Press the flashing line button of the call you want to take.
